This guy's service and professionalism is five star. I know every other comment on here is regarding VF's service or trustworthiness but through reading these comments (and seeing the results of his product testing) is what made me decide to give him a shot and I think it is important for the community to know. I have been burned several times before, so I was pretty apprehensive going in. I probably read most comments on the Domestic Supplier thread since 2021 before deciding to move forward with VF.
I recently purchased an item that was out of stock. VF kept me updated regarding the backlog of this product and let me know I could reallocate my funds at any time should I decide to. Well, on Monday I reached out to him at 9.30 Arizona time (11PM EST) and let him know I wanted to reallocate my funds to other products. The cost and shipping were more than I originally paid and I offered to send the difference. He returned my email at 11.30 my time (1AM EST), apologized that the product was out of stock, set my order up for shipping immediately, and covered the delta in costs between the different products.
Give this guy a shot. You won't be sorry.
