@viper-flex so I had to create a whole new email entirely and then it sent. Reply to the one sent to me with did not work for some reason.No issues with the emial posted on the site. I sent a blank reply and it sent.

Recently placed an order with VF. Order was placed after Christmas sale had ended and BEFORE the new year’s sale went live. VF very easily could have filled my order with the non-sale price points (which would have been legitimate and totally fair) but instead replied to my order offering me the New Year’s sale which yielded me almost double the product for the same price. Thank you VF for a great customer service experience. Thank you SST for curating quality vendors.

I would recommend people hold off on orders, one of mine has been 3 weeks since payment confirmation and the other is coming up on 2 weeks. Payments were both confirmed and then nothing has happened since. @viper-flex
I am not trying to bring negativity, just want to be sure others don't end up in a bad position if things aren't going well with this source. I have ordered from Viper in the past and been very happy with the product The last 2 orders just haven't gone well.
He probably has 100s of orders. Let’s be patient it’s prob a small team of people packing all this stuff and processing everything. I ordered the last time he had a bogo and it took about 1-2 weeks. Im sorry to hear you had that experience. Im not sure why that happened but it seems some how your email got flagged as phishing warning and did not allow the option to view or respond.
