I Just wanted to praise VF for their integrity, customer service and overall quality. They are probably my most used vendor and they have earned my loyalty most recently when there was an oversight on an order. It was partially my fault and VF still immediately took action and corrected the issue beyond what I was even hoping for. I hope you guys are around for awhile and I hope you have great success!

My experience with VF may be atypical here. Hopefully, others can offer me some insight. Based on the reviews on this forum, I placed my first order with VF on 3/16 and sent him a few hundred bucks (which was received). VF and his team made some recommendations for my next cycle, so I added to my order on 3/21. Since then I have not had a single reply to my emails to complete transaction with the add-ons. I am feeling a bit uneasy since I’ve already sent a chunk of money and feel like I’ve been ghosted. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and believe the best in people (esp. when the source is verified on SST); however, my experience with VF doesn’t seem to be consistent with what others are saying on this board. How should I approach this situation?

As an update, VF contacted me after this posting to inform me that there was a very specific issue that was causing the delay in handling my order. As always, he was professional in his communication and gave me assurances about the money I already sent.

Viper - how is your Tirzepatide dosed? It says 5mg vial. Is that 1 dose of 5mg? I imagine that's the strength when reconstituting? Any info you could provide here would be helpful. I want to order this, but need to understand how much I'm getting and how to measure out my dosage of 2.5mg/week. It's best to use half unit pins for an accurate dose. I will talk to the team and put something together for you. Best regards - Viper

If you're taking 2.5mg/week, add 1ml bac water. Pin 0.5ml/week so you'll go through a vial every two weeks for that dose.

Similar 1st order experience as Steve McKing but placed order on 3/13 and received today. Again, this was during their big sale and longer fulfillment time was expected. Excellent communication throughout. Product was wrapped securely and packaging was definitely low profile/incognito. Order was received exactly one week after ordering. Packaging was top tier and I am very impressed with the craftsmanship.

The package was unfortunately short of 4 items I ordered but I spoke with customer support and they informed me that my missing items are being resent.
I will update once that arrives but so far I am an advocator of ViperFlex!

ViperFlex fulfilled their promise and got my order to me within 7 days.
