I have been using Viper's NPP and I have to say this is probably the biggest I've been. I think I am just one of those guys that respond well to it, idk how I will respond to other 19-nors like tren, but I might give it a shot.

I always look like I have a little pump, and I don't know how much of it is NPP but I am always pretty vascular in my arms.
Strength gains? Yes.

Before this I did a cycle of Primo from goodlyfe and when I started I had already been on TRT for a while, but I had soft ass water weight of like 188lbs to 190lbs @ 5'10, on that Primo I cut all the way down to 168lbs. I was shredded, but by that time I was on 450 test c/400 primo e and they were both eating my hairline.

I took a break, let my hair stabilize and even recover a little. Then I needed some new Test, so I ordered some from Viper, but there was a small delay/miscommunication and so he rewarded me as a first time buyer with a free NPP and Tbol. I used the Tbol as a starter. It was fantastic, no effect on my hair and I feel like it got me in shape enough to be able to quickly adapt to my new job that is very physical, also in shape enough to really enjoy and push with the NPP. I have been taking a little baby dose of NPP at 100mg/week with no effect on my hair and a ton of benefits. I think I have become a big fan of NPP now and I will probably end up trying to find my max dose, then take a break and come back with a serious cycle for my next run of NPP.

EDIT: Oh I forgot to mention the weight. I am now back up to like 184lbs. I know some of this has to be trash weight, but I honestly still look pretty cut at this weight, so I am happy.

Ordered some myself a couple week ago. I'm not using it but my lady is on week two now and started seeing immediate effects from day after first injection. It is great sema and does what is is designed to do. Ozempic and Wegovy are just brand names for Semaglutide - so it's the same thing.

What do you add to vials to get the liquid form? Just received mine and have never encountered this before.

Hey man, I know that VF will respond, but I just figured I’d give you the scoop on this. Both HCG and Semaglutide need to be reconstituted with sterile, bacteriostatic water. I would recommend that you get two 5ml vials of bacteriostatic water (also called reconstitution water), one for each compound (HCG and Semag.) Draw up 1ml of water and put it in your vial of compound powder and swirl it around. Then, draw that 1ml up in the same syringe and put that back into the water vial that you originally drew it from. This will give you a simple reconstitution ratio where 1ml of fluid will equal 1mg of your compound (or .25ml of your fluid will equal .25mg of Semaglutide). You could make your solution more or less concentrated by reconstituting with more or less bac. water; it really just depends on what you want to do.

You could also get a couple of 10ml sterile vials and a 30ml vial of water and just put your product in the empty vials. Others may chime in with their own methods as there’s many ways to skin this cat, but this is just what works best for me. Feel free to ask any other questions as this community is extremely helpful and you’ll definitely get your answer.

For the HCG, yes. For the Semaglutide, I think it’s ok at room temperature for four weeks or so, but I’d just stick it in the fridge as well.

Also, some sources say that HCG lasts no more than 4 weeks once reconstituted, while other sources state longer. Just do whatever you feel comfortable with after researching it. I don’t know about the shelf life of the Semaglutide once reconstituted but I do believe it’s a good bit longer than HCG.
