• Venom blend 1 ml x twice a week ( 125 mg test e , 125 mg tren e , 125 mg mast e x2 =

250 mg test e , 250 mg tren e , 250 mast e)

750 mg test , 250 mg tren e , 250 mast e

• ment ace 50 mg eod (200 mg weekly ) need to add

• mast p 50 mg eod ( 200 mg weekly )

• Anavar 1 tab pre workout only (50-60 mg )
• inj winstrol with the ment (25 mg x 4)

• aromasin 12.5 mg eod added with ment and winny

• gh 5 x 5 (25 iu weekly )

• igf and mgf post workout

Take 1-2 weeks off before hardening phase

Vigorous Steve says pre workout is good for volume & fat loss because your using the circulating fatty acids in your body & pre work is also when most people avoid or at least have less fat intake in meals which makes it more convenient as well.

I watched a video on this and the cycle in my pics is from a bodybuilder from top 10 of the Olympia . Then I took ideas from it to model to my own cycle for my contest .

Usually it’s just another reminder time to get growth in when pushing 18-24 iu’s a day.

I don't know about vigorous Steve. I don't usually listen to YouTubers, most are lying or flat out don't know what they're talking about.

But hgh does give localized site specific fat loss
