That was an amazing discussion ! Albeit very long lol and scientific! So I will experiment with that I suffer a lot from insulin resistance with high doses of gh it’s probably the only adverse effect I get from it . So I will stick to 5 iu pre workout with my pre workout. I know he speculated 2-3 hours before workout was ideal but to me everything seems to absorb work better on a near empty full stomach with pre workout circulating every thing one hour to 1.5 hours before workout .Was just reading through a great conversation on this topic: https://thinksteroids.com/community...gh-lipolysis-that-is-science-based.134408038/
