Hey, just checking in. I sent payment for an order yesterday and haven’t heard back yet. Email looks correct and i just copied it from the last order I did, but i just wanted to double check everything is good to go considering I usually hear back almost immediately.

Ordered from Viper Flex Labs for the first time during their Black Friday sale. The order took longer than expected to arrive, but I knew it was a crazy time for them, so I cut them some slack. When several weeks had passed, I reached out, and always received a reply within 24 hours. For whatever reason, there was a mix up and my order took some additional time to get delivered, but they were very transparent about it, and they made sure I was well taken care of; even going the extra mile to make up for the extra time. Delays can happen, but they are also an opportunity to build trust. So in my book, these guys are golden. Will definitely order from them again. (y)

Hey Viper,

Do the injectables (specifically test P, sust 250, NPP, primo E) contain any other solvents or preservatives besides MCT oil? Also, what's the shelf-life of your injectables?

Yes they all share small amounts of common solvents which are BB, and BA along with MCT Oil. The shelf life is 2 years. I hope this answers your questions please feel free to reach out anytime. Happy holidays - Viper
