There were some delays in my order due to weather. Vipers customer service is top notch! answered any question I had while waiting and very quick replies. Got my pack today. Very well packaged. Haven’t tried it yet but everyone on here that’s been worried about getting scammed vipers 100% legit and your pack will come!

Got my package today, missing an entire part of the order that was a large amount. Super frustrating. Communication was pretty good with delays from weather. Have used other companies and never had any issues with missing products especially with large orders. Hope they respond quick and can make this right.

Same happened with me yesterday - they’ve been communicating with me about the mishap but we still are working to a resolution. Probably just an error from the busy season/sales/delays but I agree super frustrating.

Ordered and paid January 5th and still don’t even have a tracking number. After paying on the 5th, I sent a follow up email on the 16th because I had not heard anything since the order confirmation email and Viper apologized for the miscommunication which is fine, it happens. However, on January 16 I was told I would have tracking in “a couple days” and did not hear anything. I followed up again on Sunday, Jan 21, and was told I would have tracking “near the beginning of the week,” it is now Thursday, Jan 25, and I still don’t have anything. I understand the miscommunication and that things happen out of their control sometimes but this has been a super frustrating process. Communication has been fine replying to my follow ups but at this point it’s seeming like it’s going to be at least a month if not longer between payment and receiving anything at all. I’ve been ordering for years and never had anything like this happen at all.
