This is the first bad review I have seen regarding viper.In my experience these people have bad customer service. I experienced some package issues and was responded to in a rude tone and I quote " we both could lose investments." My package was not delivered and I have yet to receive a response meaning I was the only one to lose money. Please order from someone else if you expect better customer service should any issues arise.

I understand your frustration but we have been in communications respectfully the whole time and your interpretation is misleading.
Your statement is extremely one sided because it paints a picture where we are negligent and impolite, neither of those things are accurate.
You ordered our product to an address and we sent it and all that was normal and fine. You attempted to reach out to us after it was already received at the shipping address you provided and you stated "I moved out of my apartment and then went to work and my package was delivered at the apartment that I moved out of and had my roommate write down a forward address on there I checked the tracking number and it said it was delivered" Your order has weight and volume and its not something you can just forward without paying for shipping. If you had communicated in advance we could of informed you of how to handle the situation safely since your roommate had the package in his hand but you made the decision yourself to forward it without paying for shipping and now that has brought heat to our system which is totally unprofessional and negligent on your behalf which is why we stated we are both taking a loss. Your last minute lack of efforts sabotaged the process. We are always willing to work things out but your negligence has compromised our commitment to stealth. Now Im reluctant to work with you considering what appears to be poor ethics. Of course there has been times that a miscommunication has happened and it has been easily resolved with simple communication, patience and professionalism because that is how we operate. - Viper

Some people just lack common sense and walk through life with perpetual victim mentality, They clearly caused all these issues for themselves then blame the source.
