Southern Compounding. 10/03, Package not arrived and no Communication

Placed a very large order with Southern compounding on Oct3, payment was accepted on the same day. The order “shipped” on Oct 6. Still waiting for it to arrive. Early on I emailed them seeing if they in fact did ship it out, they assured me it had been shipped. After waiting for 3 weeks I emailed them and sent them a wickr asking if there was an issue, or if we could do a reship because the tracking still hadn’t updated past “shipping label created”. I have waited almost a week for a response and still have received no communication. I honestly do not expect that my shipment will arrive, which is a shame because I had been saving for a while for this order.
