Just wanted to provide feedback I noticed.

I’ve had massive sleep problems for years, bad. Been on 25mg mk677 for months but started sparta gh and dropped the mk.

Have been noticing much much better sleep. Not only waking up less, but much deeper sleep and feeling more refreshed. Hoping to see more benefits soon.

4 days I think. Could always be placebo but I know my sleep problems extremely well and I really notice a difference. Running 4iu.
