Steroidify order 19/03/20 package undelivered (CONSOLIDATED)

Placed an order from their EU warehouse (in the EU myself). Support has been generally unhelpful. It should not take over a week for a package to reach me- I’ve received stuff from Dragon Ordnance and SoCo in under a week- hell SoCo’s stuff reached me in two days. This really isn’t good enough and any other source on here would have either refunded me or reshipped, while Steroidify is just telling me to “wait”.

I’d wait a bit longer. I’ve had prime packages take over a month to come from amazon due to the covid situation. Do you have any tracking updates at all? If the package was seized you’d know by now.

I will comment on this as another source.

Just as a note, We’re Canada Domestic and we also ship INT. Amid Covid-19 I’ve seen Canadian packs that would usually take 2-3 business days to land take over 2 weeks. That is something that a source has no control over. Things are generally slower at the moment.

With that being said, if the source has not shipped the pack after a week and will not issue a refund that’s a problem. For example, some of the shipments of our orders have been delayed due to various factors at this time and if a client of mine requests a refund due to a delay in shipment from our end then we’ll simply refund them. Though if they’ve shipped in a timely manner and the pack is delayed by the mail courier…then it’s just a waiting a game.

I’m gonna shoot straight @“septicanon”, I’m pretty confused as to what’s happening and the timeframe involved. The title of the thread reads the issue revolves an order placed on March 19th, 2020, but your initial post refers to only a week having passed since you ordered? Please clarify the order date, and dates of contact with the source (a little more than just that they’ve been unhelpful). If you’d prefer to cite specific communications or details, please send them to [email protected]

To piggyback off @“PGAnabolics” , shipping logistics are a little wonky right now worldwide, so if it’s in transit please just allow a little more time than usual, if the issue is that the item still has not shipped after multiple weeks since payment confirmation, that’s a slightly different story.

I appreciate the added clarification, and if we receive a modmail regarding this issue I’ll update the thread.

I’ve been waiting 44 days for my packages from Steroidify now, haven’t seen any movement with the tracking number they sent. Really frustrating.

Sorry If the wording is confusing- the date where I placed the order is the date stated on the thread. I meant to say that’s an order from the EU to the EU does not in my experience take longer than a week. I understand where you’re coming from regarding corona, but I’ve placed orders with other sources in the meantime and T/A has been days.

Have also ordered two months ago. Instead of a refund we got a discount code. It’s not even for a discount, you get “coins” to order additional stuff. That’s funny

Steroidify has been in business since 2008 and no customer has ever lost money with us.
We’re living thru a global calamity and several countries where we have warehouses are having problems with logistics.

Every source that ships international is going thru issues.

I have set up a new email address exclusively for SST members. [email protected]

For security reasons, I don’t have access to any order info, but if you drop me a line with username and order #, I’ll be happy to talk to my colleagues about your order.

We’re not in this business to scam anyone guys. Every delayed order will come with a bonus store credit to our site.

We would not risk a 12 year reputation over a few orders.

Packages not delivered in 60 days after shipment (not after order was accepted) will be re-shipped or refunded. Please email me order #s so I can take a look.
