Superdrol Cycle

Going to be first time running this oral, shooting to run it for 20mg a day for up to 6 weeks if the sides aren’t awful. Alongside 1g of tudca 400mg test E/wk + 400mg Dhb/wk. Pretty much looking to increase strength while staying relatively lean. 3k calories is usually my intake to maintain my body weight. Looking to drop some bf%. if i had to take an educated guess id say 11-13% bf 6’2 215lbs. What do you guys think? thanks!

Guess I am off, Literally basing it off what the charts say and the examples they give, not the best way but without getting it tested by the Dr. I really don’t know. Probably Has to do with Hyperthyroidism, which i did get tested for.

Sdrol is the worst drug I’ve taken. Even with a lot of water and tudca daily that shit is metabolized into poison in my body apparently.

trying to run sdrol for 6 weeks?

good luck. i barely made it past week 2 on 20mg’s before it was too much.

I ran mtren with less sides and better success than Sdrol

I agree mtren at 1mg a day is as effective for strength with less sides. Sdrol gives me a much fuller look though, I’ve run as much as 40mg of sdrol for 4 weeks, but definitely the sides start getting intolerable after awhile, and appetite becomes a problem.

Sdrol is an amazing substance that people seem to react differently to in terms of negative side effects, but I think anyone who’s run it will agree that past the 4 week mark you’re going to feel shitty even if you handled it like a champ those first few weeks. I’d recommend starting at 20 and working your up to 30/40 the last two weeks instead of trying to extend your cycle to week 5/6. Also, TUDCA is less useful on sdrol than you might anticipate, I’d favor omegas over it since the liver damage from sdrol is actually fairly mild when compared to other orals.

I’m lucky in that Sdrol sides are very tolerable for me. All of the horror stories never came to fruition for me.

Last time I ran it I started at 20 for three weeks and then 30 for the next three weeks for a full six week cycle. Makes me strong af and look full. No lethargy, no mysterious gyno…just full and vascular.

I definitely feel like I’m in that same less sides boat, went up to 40mg during one of my sdrol runs and still felt great until around the end of week 5. Took a couple weeks off, came back at 20mg/day for 3 weeks with no problems at all. My bloods have never been horribly affected by it either so all around I enjoy it. The look you get on it is great too, even just eating carbs makes you look juicier. Between it and adrol I don’t see much of a reason to run other orals.

@OP, instead of asking us why not just go ahead with your planned cycle and post up results? Take a risk fam. You clearly have the idea already in your brain, so give it a go and see what happens. Just be conscious of your body and if you experience serious issues stop of course. It’ll be a learning experience no matter how it goes.

Superdrol is amazing stuff, but the sides are going to be entirely individualized like any compounds really. For me, I can take 40mg daily for a decently long amount fo time and my liver values never even reach 100, and bp is just nominally higher. However, I have a friend that runs the exact same stuff and can’t make it 3 weeks without being plagued my the horrible sides.
I also agree with the other guys on this thread. The look and gains on superdrol and just amazing and are exponentially increased with raising carbs and still eating clean.

Told myself would just lurk and not post but superdrol is effing fantastic. Had to say something. I went 10/20/30 since it had been awhile since I had run an oral. Put on 15lbs and pulled a real nice deadlift pr. If I do it again I’ll drop the 10 week and go straight to 20 and two weeks at 30.

I got the liver stuff everyone recommends, kept water high and checked bp (good). Felt great. Like a couple people said, jump in. Sdrol is tits.

215lbs @ 11%BF is not on 3k cals for maintenance.

OP, make sure to revisit your cals/macros. You’re about to make a mistake if you don’t get the numbers right.

Huh? I just put in your stats into a TDEE calculator and included a moderate activity level and your TDEE is roughly 3800 calories. Your BMR alone is like 2200 calories. Unless you have an unusually slow metabolism that figure you gave is way too low. I am 5’7", 185lbs at around 13-14% bodyfat and I am right around 2800-3k for maintenance.

If I was 6 foot 240 I’d have to eat at least 4k to maintain. I’m 5’10 195 10% BF and I eat around 3.2-3.4k to maintain. So many factors that aren’t included in those bullshit calculators. Training intensity. Age/metabolism/thyroid output/Genetics/ etc.
