Wanted to share anecdotal experience with Telmisartin. My BP ranges 125-135/80-85. I check regularly at home (daily). I’ve had a few readings higher here and there, but after breathing and sitting 5 min usually comes into this range. After reading a lot about Telmisartin benefits for BP and beyond , decided to try. I don’t think most docs would prescribe meds at my BP since I’m 59 and healthy, but there is not much I can do on lifestyle to get it any lower. Maybe loose some muscle, not. Stop gear, not. I’m 5’10” 200lbs and around 9-10% bf.
So I purchased from pct zone, supplier on here. After a single dose, 40mg, next day BP is 117/76. I have never been under 120, at least not in last 15 years. So I’m going to stay at this dose and monitor. Maybe go to 20mg. I feel good getting BP into healthiest range. Working on HDL also. Want to get it to 50+. Btw, I am regular gear user. Taking test 700, mast 300, gh 4 iu, Metformin 1000, t4 150mcg now.
