Hello all, long time lurker, first time poster. I’m gathering information for if I ever choose to hop on cycle (which would be a very, very long time from now) just so I can become more educated and safe.
One of my main concerns with steroids is their effect on lipids. I have a genetic predisposition to shitty heart health, so this is a strong concern for me. There are others, like blood pressure, but those are more easily solved, in my opinion.
My question is, how strongly does a basic 500mg a week, 12 week test cycle effect lipids? I would be incorporating cardio after working out, probably 30 or so minutes of moderate to high intensity running or stationary biking. In addition, I am working on my diet now, incorporating much more legumes, vegetables, and an overall healthier, less meat centric diet, as I am under the impression that it could help, or at least not hurt.
I know that there will be negative effects, obviously, but to what degree I do not know. If anyone could speak to the effect of a test cycle on lipids, I would appreciate it if you would comment.
