Testical recovery

I’m about 2.5 months into a 500 mg test cycle. I have noticed my testicals have shrunken a significant amount. I still cum a lot... except sometimes my left nut kind of goes up inside me when I cum hard. So that is kind of uncomfortable. I plan on stopping in about two weeks and doing pct with hcg/nolvadex. Will my testicals recover in size? and will my normal test levels recover to natural production around 800 Ng/dl? What do you think? Also what would you recommend for dosage amounts/timeframes for my hcg/nolvadex protocols

Assuming you don’t run any 19-Nors like Tren or Nandrolone you should be able to make a full recovery. Here’s what I would do:

Stop injections
Wait 4 weeks (weeks 1-4 = do nothing)
Weeks 5-6 = Take 250 IU HCG ED
Weeks 7-10 = 40 mg nolvadex (split into AM/PM)
Weeks 10-12 = 20 mg nolvadex before bed

I don’t like clomid. The zuclomiphene isomer has a half life of 14-28 days and makes people feel like shit. If you can source enclomiphene, you can add that on top.

Note, I’m purely conjecturing here. I’ve never done a PCT myself but I have used clomid for 1.5 years before TRT and it’s a miserable experience

I would also like to add that you should get BW 4 weeks after you finish PCT to see if your HPTA is back to 100%.

Your better off using a really short ester for 4-6 weeks leading up to the time you will quit.

This is where Test Acetate(no pip) or if Prop(pip) if you must comes in handy.

I'm not the norm when it comes to recovery of testicle size. hCG does absolutely nothing for me, Serms only make me feel like crap. I just quit cold turkey and my testicle size comes back in about 2 months if I use nothing but Ace for 6 weeks leading up to the day I quit.

PCT might not be necessary for someone that has only been on for 2.5 months. I know for me I was on cycle for 3 years without ever quitting and it took 3 brutal months of torture to restore my ball size naturally after they had shrunk to the size of almonds, but now I come off at least twice a year and that works well for me.

Hey man just wondering if testicular size was a concern shouldn’t you have been running hcg with the test?

Yeah, ideally everyone should be running HCG while on cycle because it’s easier to recover if your balls have been working to some extent vs. being totally MIA. I’m personally doing an experiment right now with using enclomiphene instead of HCG on TRT to see if it keeps my LH and FSH up. If so, I plan on using enclomiphene instead of HCG to avoid the E2 spikes of HCG.

That sounds ideal, please keep updated

Yep! Will do. It's super exciting actually. I'd much prefer the convenience, affordability, and E2 management of taking enclomiphene than HCG.
