The shitter is a place I find myself a lot on this current bulk these days. I found myself wiping myself raw even with the best toilet paper on 5000 cal/day bulk and using a TON of TP.

Then I went to Amazon and ordered dudewipes, adult flush-able baby wipes and it has been a great improvement. No more using a half-roll of TP in one sitting and rubbing my ass raw. Two dudewipes and I am G2G and a lot cleaner than what TP can do.

I am sure some here already know this already but wanted to put this out there…

Dude wipes save my ass when I’m at work but there’s nothing like a stream of water tickling your butthole and washing away all the poop. Its as if a beautiful mermaid popped out of the toilet just to squirt some water straight up your b-hole. I try to wait until I get home and feel gross if I don’t use it now. Amazon has many portable ones that just clip on to your toilet and just have a simple hose you connect to the water supply in the back. They make cold ones and cold/hot ones.

I’ve used Dudewipes, but they/re gigantic also the branding alone is bothersome. The toxic masculinity in the name DUDE-wipes, has me triggered when I wipe my bussy.

even/especially on 5k calories you should optimize your diet to optimize your digestion and bowel movements. efferdings vertical diet is pretty broscience but the right direction

How bout you all discover some fucking fiber supplements. God damn, if i shit and have to wipe more then 2 or 3 times it means my fiber is off. Clean up your turd cutters, it will save you TP cost, and having to order something called dude wipes cause your butthole can’t cut your turd with out leaaving a slimey mess. YOUR SHITS SHOULDNT BE MESSY.

shouldn’t need fiber supps with a proper diet. ofc rice, chicken, oats, protein powder and whatever other dairy/grains bodybuilders like to overconsume is gonna wreck your bowels

Just one 1 tablespoon in the morning shake. My regular diet is mostly chicken and broccoli.
