What’s up peeps. I’ve heard multiple theories on time between cycles. Was wondering what everyone’s own personal preference is? I just finished my first Test cycle had phenomenal results, and am excited to hit my second cycle. I’ve heard people argue time on should be equal to time off, have also heard some people base it strictly off labs for example if your labs show back to baseline in a matter of weeks they hop back on. Curious as to what everyone else does!

The best think to do for your physique is keep time off as little as possible. The best thing to do for your health is to keep time off as long as possible. I’ve done 4 week blasts with 20 month cruises and I’ve done 20 week blasts with 4 week cruises in between. Blood work is a good indicator of common problems but won’t show some serious health problems developing. There’s no correct answer but always cruise until you feel healthy and blood work is in normal range. Getting your heart checked once a year wouldn’t hurt on top of the blood work. I’ve had most of the common steroid issues: high cholesterol, high rbc/hemoglobin, 1500 ast/alt values! and was always able to get them back in range within two to four months with a very low cruise/good diet/ blood donation/ cardio

I prefer to do 16 week blasts followed by 12-16 weeks cruising. Always take bloods though and I’ll adjust accordingly although I’ve been slacking on bloods this blast.
