TransPharma Might be done - BEWARE - 08/2020

Sent an order with cash to TransPharma July 31st, 2020. That was the last time I had contact with them. Emailed from another account, had an instant reply, then I mentioned my original email and they ghosted me again. Now the website is 404’d. I’d hold off from using TransPharma guys. I think they’re done with. I think I got fucked out of almost $600. Not cool. Had been using them for years. Very very irregular, hence my concern

Hrm, I was just about to place an order with them, my third. I’m not in a rush, so maybe I’ll hold off until I see some positive news.

Canadian source, so doubtful.

I don’t wanna throw any shade but I’d say that’s par for the course for transpharma… if it’s anything like before, this “rep” is gonna get canned, someone new is gonna come along and promise that everything will be fine, and it will be for a couple of months/a year and then it’ll happen again down the road.

I had a similar experience contacting both emails, losing money and getting ghosted. Placed an order in July that arrived incorrectly. Sent multiple emails to correct it that either got ignored or was lied to about the correct order being sent out. Followed by emails weeks later saying they were in the hospital. All in all, I’m out a few hundred. I was customer for years but this experience and hearing others experiences has me turning to a new Canadian domestic source. Can’t say how disappointed and frustrated I am with them.
