TRT self dosing

Hello all, two dumb questions for the forum today.

1: due to some roadblocks with my medical insurance I have decided to self dose Test Cyp at 150 weekly. The norm seems to be Test Cyp for sale at 300 per 1ml, so my question for the more advanced is am I able to simply inject .5ml once a week in order to meet the 150 or does it have to be split into two injections weekly??

2: with Cashapp BTC, am I able to purchase and send direct to seller through the app or will I need to have a wallet?

You can do weekly injections, but you’ll just have larger ramps. I do daily injections with Prop to minimize peaks and valleys, as well as to try to as closely mimic the natural rhythm as possible. I’ve experimented with test base and other esters, but Prop seems to do the best for me. 150mg is a lot of test to just dump into the body for TRT, estered or not. Are you just deficient or need total replacement? That’s actually quite a bit beyond what’s needed for total replacement, but if you’ve cycled before, then your body will probably know what to do with the extra.

I can only answer #1

Assuming 150 has been determined to be your dose already (people need varying doses, I know some who use 75 mg/wk. and get the same levels as others on 200 mg/wk. – do not just guess and pick a random dose, you need to get blood work done to find where your sweet spot is).

You absolutely can only inject once per week, but twice per week with half the volume (.5 as you put it) is even better. I’ll plot it out for you to understand easily. The red is ‘75 mg’ every 3.5 days (twice per week) and the black is ‘150 mg’ every 7 days (once per week).

(obviously the graph isn’t perfect but you can get the idea lol)

As you can see, the 150 dose yields a higher peak, but a greater trough follows. This hormone instability is negligible for the occasional individual, but can be very significant in others. It would be highly advised to do twice per week shots since there is no risk of greater downside opposed to once per week, but there is the other way around. Greater hormone fluctuations bring greater risk of mental sides, acne, aggression and really all possible estrogen related sides (greater peak = more estrogen conversion). The highs and lows aren’t normal, naturally we (humans) don’t just get a boost of testosterone every 7 days and have it decline until the next week. We have it stable and produced throughout the duration of the week and our minor fluctuations are dictated by things such as sleep, diet, stress/cortisol, exercise, orgasm and more. The goal with TRT is to mimic the natural production as closely as you possibly can, which is why more frequent shots are always more advisable.

Hope this helps!

I compromise between once or twice a week and I inject 75mg Test E every 5 days and that equates to 105mg per week.

100mg every 5 days would equate to 140mg week.

I know you said your dose was 150mg per week but you get the idea.

I agree with what people have been saying here. I strongly advise you to go with twice per week (E3.5D) injections with a long ester like Cypionate to keep your levels more stable. Once per week injections just create too much fluctuation. Using your estimated dosage of 150 mg/wk, you’d want to do 75 mg per injection. That would be 0.25 mL of 300 mg/mL Test C per injection.

I wanted to point out to others here that, as far as I can tell, he’s talking about using UGL Test C, not pharma-grade. With that in mind, his dosage estimate of 150 mg/wk is not at all extreme, in my opinion. Our own bloodwork review rules on this forum point to the standard multiplier of 5X for UGL test – 150 mg/wk of UGL test, for many guys, would put them around 750 ng/dL, using the 5X multiplier. That’s perfectly fine for TRT. For whatever reason (raw sources, likely), pharma Test provides higher blood levels for the same dosage. I have a TRT script myself, and I hit 1,100 ng/dL on only 80 mg/wk of pharma Test C (40 mg E3.5D) – that’s a 13.75X multiplier. If I bump it to 100 mg/wk, I hit 1,500+ ng/dL. I ran UGL Test E at 700 mg/wk (300 mg E3D), and hit somewhere between 3,500 ng/dL and 4,000 ng/dL – around a 5.5X multiplier. Just food for thought…

ANSWER TO QUESTION #2: with the cash app you can send directly to seller, but you cannot enter a dollar amount (in bitcoin) to send to them… you will have to know the exact amount of bitcoin at the current minute to send. I have done this multiple times before, but what i did was to add in 2 or 3 dollars extra into the amount that i am buying and just send it, hoping the price didn’t change before it got sent. (multiple times i have sent it and an average or 1-3 dollars gets lost in the process) Recently, i have bought an amount with the cash app and then withdrew to my blockchain wallet (free to get this wallet… once you send the BTC to vendor, they charge you a small fee… i paid like 16 cents for a transfer right around 100 dollars… so barely anything). This is way way better IMO. It is easy to do, only takes an extra minute, and you can send the exact dollar amount in BTC that you want. SIDE NOTE: if you have never withdrawn bitcoin with the cash app, you need to become verified to do so. This takes up to 3 days i believe. If you hit the cash app support on twitter and ask them about it, it seems to speed up the process (judging by what i have read on different forums) I have been going through this the past couple weeks, figuring out the best way to utilize the cash app, and this seems to be what i will use moving forward.

yes tumble your bitcoin. Buy from Cash App or Coinbase… open an account with Blockchain Wallet. Send your BTC from Cash app to your wallet.

Send from your wallet to your vendor.

this is also for security purposes, only takes an extra 2 minutes.
