TRT soft erections on pin day

Hey guys been on trt for 5 months now and I notice on days I pin my erections aren’t as hard like I can get hard but it’s not a rager and the rest of the week I can hard af and raging hard ons randomly , ommpjly on 150mg test e a week and use 12.5 mg aromasin each pin day , anyone else experienced this ? Last time I took a blood test my total test was 1006 and E2 was 13

I was always under the impression that E2 could be crashed and it wouldn’t affect my dick I guess not , lol I could cut back to 12.5 mg once a week ?

You’re not supposed to need aromasin on TRT I made that same mistake and my E2 was 10 although my dick was fine.

AI is usually taken the day after injection because it takes some time to absorb the oil. Levels peaks 36-48 hours after injection, so the idea is AI should be in your system at that time. If you are running a TRT dose it is often not necessary. My dose is a bit higher than 150mg and I don’t use an AI. Bloodwork will answer you questions. I would not be taking an AI with 150mg unless you have bloodwork that shows a need for it.

Try not taking any for a few weeks and get some blood work to see if you’re still in range. Ideally, you won’t need any but it’s not unheard of. Plenty of doctor prescribed trt protocols call for estrogen blockers.
