Lots of variables here. What is normal production of test? and what you feel like at 800 ng/dL may not be what I feel like, and so on.
Can you alter your diet and lifestyle factors to increase your testosterone? Yes. Will it be raised to anything noticeable in terms of really generating measurable benefits? Probably not.
So for anecdotal (n=1) I got off of a TRT a few years ago with no PCT and felt fine. Should your body go back to producing the test it was producing before beginning TRT? Maybe. You would need someone who can vouch for having blood work taken pre and post TRT to see what is really happening. I wouldn’t sweat it, though. There are plenty of top notch sources here. Get yourself on some test, and if you are really concerned start some HcG to make sure you are staying fertile. Good luck.
Thanks for the reply! I am currently on test. Will be blasting again (bulk) then cruise until my cut blast. More wondering if I’ll be able to get my ol lady pregnant after all that in the future or not. I have no issue being on gear forever just may change my mind about kids. I’ve known dudes to get girls pregnant while running gear and have read about guys never being able to after long stents on. Hence the question being more about anyone here having any experience with pregnancy on gear or after long usage. Sorry if I was confusing.
There are things you can take (HCG, HMG) that increase you’re fertility. This can be on or off cycle; you can look up fertility protocol online (sorry, don’t have this on hand). You could also run HCG on cycle to prevent total shutdown.
Personally, I would just keep BnC until you want to have children. I would have frozen some sperm if you had known before you started that you wanted kids (just IMO).
Overall, this varies wildly person to person. Like you said, there are stories of guys getting girls pregnant on 1g+ Test and guys who are completely sterile while on Test. The only real way to know is to take fertility tests.
