Y’all really don’t understand it’s hard some people are meant to be a higher body fat percentage and have to stay hungry all the time to be lean even while bulking ( me) considering semaglutitude but don’t know if it would help my glucose is fine).
Ok. As always you make an excellent point.

I eat insanely clean, oats and rice and homemade sourdough for carbs, protein is just chicken, meats, Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, jerky but I don’t eat much eats unless it comes from my meats like salmon or beef. The unhealthiest things I eat are protein bars but they’re quest bars so not the worst things for me. Still I end up eating 4-5k calories easily and still hungry. Even with GLP 1s suppressing my appetite… I might have a problem with food

Stick to breast, tenderloin, 96/4 beef, rice and fruit. You're not going to eat 4to5000 calories a day

Thanks man!! .... I still don't see it when I look in the mirror tho 😕 for some reason I just feel like I'm tiny and always am comparing myself to the 6 foot 220+ guys and feel so small lol ..... once I hit 205 by spring than I'll be enough. ..... 🤣🤣🤣 ....

Glucose test very easy though. Not a bad buy to have a glucometer and test strips handy regardless.

Glucometers are cheap and easy. No reason not to. You can even get ones that also check ketones (if you're interested in that); eg, Nova Max and Precision Xtra. Inexpensive and available on Amazon.

Seeing some of the posts in this thread I wanted to chime in. I bought a BG meter after I started running hgh. I started to get a bit worried because my fasted BG was a little high according to the meter.

When I get LabCorp bloodwork done my glucose is 85 every single time, which is exactly what it was prior to hgh. I run 4-5 iu nightly.

I don't trust the cheap meters.

FDA guidelines call for 95% of meter values to be within 15% of the true value, and 99% should be within 20%. And with that they will never be as accurate as actual blood work.

Best use of these meters is to track trends over time while using gh or if your glucose is a concern. Like if you see any weird spikes or anything outside of the norm.

Recently increased to 5ius per day for hgh to regain muscle and recover after an injury. However my hunger is uncontrollable I end up eating an extra 1-2k calories at the end of the day even when full. Any advice? I’m also on 500test/400tren and inject my 5iu in the morning
I think it’s the Tren. Maybe you got an overdosed batch? I could never out eat tren when it was in a cycle. No matter how many carbs I ate, my body soaked it up and screamed for more, and it was sugar shake kind of hunger, not just a growl in tummy. Ending up adding some slower digesting carbs to try to slow it down like dark bagels and darker rices.

So wait... if you get the Tren hunger and eat the surplus.... you mean to tell me you gain muscle?!

But on a serious note... should you just ride it out and capture the gains or reduce the Tren so you don't turn into the blob?

Never ran HGH, but during my 10 week 400mg tren ace cycle, I ate literally double the amount of food I normally do.

I'm running a smol ~150mg/wk TrenA in cycle with 2iu HGH/day and my appetite is.. big.

Bro you got body dysmorphia bad if you still think you’re small. Go look bad at photos of yourself pre gear and feel better man

Yea I got a really expensive blood glucometer through healthcare provider and it says I’m between 80-90 so it shouldn’t be glucose related

Good call. Too bad cut starts Saturday. Getting a small surgery so won’t be able to gym for a few days.

Yeah, I'm riding it out and eating the snot out of chicken, rice, supplementary protein, and about anything else I can get my hands on that is modest in sodium/sugar. Appetitite is definitely way up. First serious run of Tren at 150mg/wk.

Tren doesn't lean you out. No aas does. It's about as overrated as a drug can be and overhyped by young idiots on social media. We are not cattle. We do not process drugs the same as cattle
