Source I used once before about 2 years ago had great t/a and great product.
This time I have waited over a week for shipping info after they have confirmed my order and payment. I don’t want to bash them since they are great people and have great product, but I am concerned since the order was relatively large ($400 ish). I sent one email already about concerns for shipping details and they said they would have them by a certain day but I did not receive an email. I don’t want to name drop and bash just yet but I’m not too sure about what to do. I sent a second email inquiring about shipping info today and am awaiting a response.
Thoughts?

Just say the source so if anyone can relate, they’ll share their experiences or the source itself will reach out…

Damn dude, don’t lead the poor guy astray.

Here at SST we call 911, your grandma, hold your dog hostage, spam mod mail, and create six threads in that shitty new “Source Complaints” section

Jokes aside I got a few customers around that time frame that could fit the bill.

Don’t think I’ve spoken to or received any E-mails in regards to those orders

So beat me up and namedrop me here if you’re one of my boys!

Since the source has replied to your previous emails, I’d wait a day or two and see if they get back to you. If you feel like you need to take it a step further (I’m not advising you to do this…) we have a source complaint section on the forum. There’s nothing wrong with mentioning which source it is, and there’s nothing wrong with making a complaint AS long as you are patient, and first allow the source to email you back. I definitely think you did the right thing by asking first, and providing minimal details. It shows that your not looking to bullshit around and cause drama just out of impatience. So good on you.

Bad on you for posting in the TA section tho haha. @“CaptainAmerica” perhaps move this to a more appropriate section?

This most definetly isn’t in the appropriate section so I’m all for getting it moved.
They’re always incredibly kind and they’ve been around for quite a while. This Saturday will be a two weeks since payment and the order has been verified. I know I’m absolutely impatient but I’m thinking about giving it another week before complaining formally and dropping names. That would make a total of three weeks since payment/order has been verified without receiving tracking info. I would love for it not to come to that point though. They’ve always replied to my emails (albeit delayed) but that’s no issue. Guess I’ll wait it out.
Also no it is not Checkmate lol.

Hey bud,

Sign up for Informed Delivery via USPS’ website and you won’t need to worry about tracking. It will show you whether you have packages on the way or not.

Next, a lot of sources in my experience do not provide tracking, nor would I bother asking for it. The simple fact of the matter is this:

Your IP is/can be logged everytime you check a tracking number via the USPS website. If something (God forbid) were to happen involving LE, even if you denied expecting a package, they would know you were expecting it because you had checked the tracking information. This ties you to the package, giving up your access to deniability.

You order a sweater off Amazon, it’s coming USPS. I mailed you a package containing anthrax or a bomb or some shit because I hate you and know your info. You check USPS informed delivery for your sweater, but since you’ve checked the tracking page I guess that anthrax bomb I mailed to you is yours too?

Yeah maybe I’m being a bit of a dick, but imo simply checking tracking information for packages slated to be delivered to your house is not grounds for negating deniability. Further, how are they going to prove it wasn’t someone else either in my house on my wifi checking the package tracking, or even someone else logged into my network from outside my home? Too many variables that would just make it not worth it for the feds to pursue fucking with your mail when a half decent attorney could bury the case. If they suspect something, they’ll send you a love letter or have someone come to your door asking you to identify yourself and claim the specific package.

P.S. if I get high enough to think of a better metaphor I feel, obligated. lmao

Haha I’m not saying it is likely to happen, I’m just saying it’s another variable out there. If they really wanted to, they could see that you tracked a package 20 times before it arrived so obviously you ordered it?

Secondly, IP addresses are assigned by your ISP and then your router assigns an individual address to all the devices connected to it. So if they wanted to, they could see what device you were on when you were tracking it.

I full heartedly agree the odds of this happening are astronomically low, and 9.9 times out of 10 they aren’t going to fuck with your average steroid purchaser.

The main point I was trying to drive home was this:

Get informed delivery, lol

@“thallandchill” yeah I agree informed delivery all the way, but just casual conversation…

When I unplug my PS4 and plug it back in (ethernet to router) it assigns it a different IP each time? I wonder if that could muddy the waters a bit. Idk I’m recently nervous about network security for no reason lmao

Depends on if you have a static IP set up for it (it’s address is always the same) or if it has a dynamic IP address set up (it changes), big dog.

If you have a dynamic IP address, it will change everytime you restart your PS4 or router.

So even using tor, they can see what computer you are using and location?

Negative, not using TOR.

I say this, but if they REEEEEEALLY wanted to, I’m sure no amount of security could help you if they truly wanted to fuck you.

Like they opened packs that contained kilos of raws. They’re probably gonna start building a case against you then and eventually lay the meat to you because excessively large quantities of raws means you’re probably manufacturing and selling.

Like I said earlier, 9.9999999999 times out of 10 no one is going to fuck with you if you’re just your average buyer unless it is just a slam dunk and falls right into their lap. For example; they knock on your door and ask if the steroids they found are yours and you say “Yeah man! I ordered them. Ya’ll caught me!”. You’re fucked then.

No one wants your six or seven vials of gear. You aren’t worth any kind of agencies time.

The main point I was trying to prove was to just sign up for informed delivery.

This is false. Don’t want everyone jumping on this paranoia train, so let me set this straight.

Your home router assigns dynamic IP addresses to connected devices with a lease time of a few days, via DHCP. When a device connects to the internet the requests from the device hit the router which uses NAT to transmit the data as though the router itself is making the request.

As far as any connection, the only thing they can see is the IP of the router making the request and the port on the router to return data to. Your router is the only thing that knows your device is associated with that port and any data coming in on that port should be forwarded to your device.

Unless your router has logging, which almost no home routers do, then there would be no way to say which device on the network made the request. Unless they could access the router shortly after the requests were made.

NOTE: This applies to home routers using a NAT configuration. Computers connected via business grade hardware are almost guaranteed to support logging.

So stay calm and sign up for informed delivery.

Hey man I just saw this post not sure if this has to do with us or not if it is no worries. We are always very transparent about what’s going on with us . Right now we recently ran into a jamb and got backed up with a few orders . I did contact all the customers and stayed in touch with them the whole time. Most of them were delayed a week but there was a couple that pushed the 2 week mark. I also offered refunds to all customers but everyone was ok with the wait. If it is us please email me I want to make sure that one didn’t slip though the cracks, I could have possibly deleted an email by accident . Later today I will make a post on my page . I want to make sure we contacted and took care of everybody…
We have also worked a few things out to where if we do get in a jamb we can have our same materials we use mailed to us in an emergency so the wait time would be far less .

We are currently back running at our normal. T/A and will be offering a 10% off sale . We also offered a free bottle of test in the next order to those who had to wait for there pack.
