USPS: Pack “delivered without contents”

Anyone ever had this occur before? Domestic order, so no chance that customs opened it up.

Pack arrived completely empty, with no seal on the top portion of box. There was also a small tag on the back indicating that the pack was “delivered without contents and “received unsealed at ______.”

Am I just shit outta luck here? Wait it out and hope that contents arrive at a later date? Already contacted source and really not feasible to file a claim with USPS.
