Valiant labs (sad face)

Ordered some orals from valiant labs and was shorted 8 pills. Valiant labs promised to send a replacement and it never came. I was told it was shipped and that if it didn’t get to me by a certain day that they would reship it again (I don’t think it was even shipped because it never popped up on informed delivery, but every other package I have ever gotten to my knowledge has). Now valiant labs is unresponsive for multiple weeks. I reached out to modmail to report the issue. Was told valiant was going to get back to me. A week later and still not even a response from valiant labs. I was trying to handle this via email cause it was an honest mistake and he originally was going to make it right. Now it’s gone on too long and I feel like it is neglect at this point. So here I am to share with sst my experience.

@Fatbricks told you sorry for the delays. This has been the month from hell with the riot is more lock downs covid crazy shit world. I’m happy all is well.

@Mr-BlackLabel hey bro no worries for you. We just had delays because of rioting where my packs were shipping out of. There was major lock downs and curfews Usps was abandoning boxes we had like 3 reships on some orders. It’s calmed down a lot.

As of now my only complaint is the T/A. It’s been over 20 days now. Ordered on December 09th and it’s now January 2nd.

I placed an order on Jan 10th with @valiantlabs and ordering was smooth and fine and it’s been 11 days which isn’t terribly long especially with everything going on but I’m just a little worried because I emailed about getting a tracking number and haven’t received a response. Nothing terribly urgent or dire but this is my first time using valiant so I’m just still a little skeptical.

Placed an order on 12/09/20.
Still no package. Per Valiant Labs they sent out a second package but did not supply tracking for either first or second package.
