Vial hard to fill...

Haven’t had to fill a vial in a year or so and I can’t remember how to alleviate some of the pressure when filling a 10ml vial with test - feels like I’m squeezing one of those expert-level hand grippers

Can someone please help this idiot?

I did not. I didn’t want to puncture it twice before storing it. Is that the only way?

Puncturing it one more time isn’t going to matter; it should seal up anyway.

Just put in another needle/syringe to bleed the air the liquid displaces.
