What type of stack/cycle did you run for 2nd, 3rd, 4th cycle?

Just curious and want to hear from different people on what they ran their first few cycles starting out

First was test c only for 8 weeks, 750mg. I was 36 years old. Second was Test e and dbol. dbol for 4 weeks at 50mg a day and again 750 test. Third I added deca and fell in love. 750 test 50 dbol 300 deca, 12 weeks. Fourth I added eq and did the same as above but ran it 16 weeks. Fifth cycle is when I found tren and gave it a try. Ace,m prop and mast 300, each a week for 12 weeks. Thought I was going insane by the end of it. Last cycle was 4 years ago, was npp, prop and mast. Deca and test is still my favorite.

test c 125-250-400-500 with var at 50 or 100 daily i dont remember and then eq for 400 for 18 weeks. love eq

second, im going to get shit for it but i dont believe in drawing lines in the sand saying get here then you can do x but it was 750 test c 500 tren a. b.p. got super high came off
e2 was high, didnt really have diet on point. didnt see a lot. will do tren next cycle to see if i get better results

third is test c 500 npp 300, great stack, to me npp is tren safer brother. i added gh to this stack and t3 and clen. enjoy the size and strength from this stack. only thing i dont like are the mental mood swings i get from npp and at first i was too high with npp without an ai and my dick was only at like 80%. got ai involved AFTER bloodwork, now im blowing my wifes back out nonstop.

eq is still my favorite compound so far.

If I’m remembering correctly these were my first 4 cycles. I tried the whole PCT shit and personally am not a fan so now I blast and cruise.

why the "short" tren cycles? im about to run tren and as long as i can manage im going to do a long cycle.

realistically all your cycles are short, just preference?

I was new lol now I see longer blasts/cycles are more beneficial. I’m currently on week 12 of a 16 week blast after doing only TRT for 2 years. Then after this I’m gonna cruise a bit and then do test/tren for 12 weeks instead of 8. Idk if I’d want to run tren any longer than 12 weeks though.

"coaches" are running tren for their clients up to 30 weeks. i think, with some evidence behind it, most people just repeat what they have heard and that a lot of other people gate keep what they actually do, rather thats for safety purposes or for them to make you think they are better than you

i have a buddy and these are his words, idk the amount, but he said he ran tren for 2 years straight, behinds super high blood pressure, which is drinks like a fish too even while on gear and a shitty diet, his only negative side was he was fertile. he is the type of dude who wants the gear to make him huge and not put in the effort with diet.

my next blast is going to be tren, eq, and test c and were going to rock it till probably june and see what happens.

i just think too many people spit out broscience because their favorite youtuber said that steroids are bad and my biggest example is ask about insulin. lol people think youre trying to sale meth to kids over it but yet no diabetics die from slin o.d. just people who dont know how to run it.

My blood work would be fucked if I ever did anything like 30 weeks or 2 years of tren 😂 ur friend is crazy. Diet is the worst part but the most important part of the whole thing for gains & health too. Hope he won’t have to learn the hard way one day.

Nice… I’ve never done EQ before would like to try it sometime though. My next blast is a 12 week run of test/tren/winny(4 weeks)

I cant stand that shit, everyone has these guidelines of dosages in their heads that are like 50%-75% less than what people were doing just a couple years ago, only because of these youtubers, like 6 youtubers, specifically derek and that canadian midget. people wouldnt bat an eye at 100mg anadrol or 100mg anavar. now people running less than 300mg test and 10mg anavar for cycles because youtube guys that built their physique with high tren and grams of gear make it should shameful to not run the bare minimum dose.

You can run Tren for longer durations, but I wouldn’t suggest run HIGH Tren for a long time.

I think advocates of extremely low dose cycles like Derek (MPMD) are a bit ridiculous. HOWEVER, there have been a LOT of studies showing that there’s significant diminishing returns to gear. From a cost, side-effect, and pin-cushion perspective it makes more sense IMO to use moderate doses for longer durations than extremely high doses for a short duration.

This is not to mention that your body can literally only synthesize so much muscle tissue per day even on all the anabolics in the world. Past a certain point, you’re just wasting your gear by pinning more.

Like if you want the anti-catabolic effects of Tren, you really only need about 100 mg per week. In fact, things like nandrolone have been used for decades in men suffering from muscle wasting disease (cachexia) for decades at low doses of 50-100 mg per week with relatively few adverse effects.

What people fail to realize, however, is the potential synergy between these compounds that can lead to very harmful health outcomes.

When it comes to polypharmacy, sometimes stuff has a 1+1=3 type of effect.

Mine has been pretty standard.

1. Test E 250mg/week - 16 weeks
2. Test E 750mg/week + Deca 300mg/week + Dbol 25mg/ED - 12 weeks
3. Test P 100mg/EOD + Tren A 100mg/EOD - 12 weeks

Took time off for 4 years, but currently on TRT of Test C 200mg/week. I'll be boosting that up for 12 weeks, and thinking of adding in CJC1295/Ipamorelin peptides or just going for HGH. Any input from people that have tried either or both is appreciated.

First was 500test cyp. Tried some miscellaneous AAS during that 16 weeks. Gained 17lbs.

Second was 10 weeks of 300 Deca/600 Test. Favorite cycle. Gained another 15ish. Quality lean gains. Cut short because of gastric issues. I was eating so much damn food 😅

so let me understand you before i speak. youre saying that these "low dose cycles" arent true and are bs?

me and my buddy were "blasting" at 500 test a week and our coach laughed at us and said thats not a blast its a cruise. lol difference being, he is trying to put people on magazines and im just a gym bro having fun being strong.

i think most people lie about their cycles. IMO trentwins are lying about being on only trt. they are probably on trt+. they claim they build their bodies with 300 test and, I BELIEVE, they said only one cycle. i just wish people wouldnt lie about the cycles so we could all be on even playing fields and not gatekeep info

Once you start you don't stop, I've been on 3 cruises in the past 4 years (I consider a cruise to be 200 mg of test so at times I'm at 500mg alone I am still referring to that as a "blast"). Give me shit, but ill tell you right now DHT is right on this one.


1st cycle-

week 1-4 = test 300 week 1-4
week 4 - year 4 = test from 300-1g + the addition of any compound you can name (usually only run 2-4 compounds at once but have gotten a taste of almost everything under the sun)
