Non-Thorne
  1. HGH 2 IU Mon-Fri
  2. HCG 375 IU EoD
What are you taking daily for health/wellness?

Citrus Bergamot, Omega-3s, NAC/Tudca, Vitamin C and Apple Cider Vinegar.
you take vitamin d ?

Also do you take nac and tudca separately or do you have a supplement with both combined.

If so what’s the supplement if you don’t mind sharing cause my supermarket only has tudca alone no nac with it

I use alot of the health line of supplements from Project AD. Citrus bergamot, fiber +, and the ashwaganda kidney health specifically. Keeps my bloodwork good for lipids and kidney health markers.

Otherwise, 1000mg fish oil and 1000mg flax oil capsules with every meal.

Going to pick up a citrus bergamot and fiber supplement. Somehow overlooked both but after researching they both make sense to add. Thank you for sharing!
