Serious question my brothas

I’ve had fucked up libido for almost 7 years and I’m only 26.

Besides my longass life story on how that happened and what I’ve tried to fix that, could you guys please share what cycle/stack along with AI use and at what dosages have made your libido skyrocket beyond normal.

Also, why is your libido fucked up? Jumping to steroids for that alone seems a little extreme. Have you tried something like cialis first?

Addressing the last comment…my libido got fucked from Accutane. I’m actually still depressed with anxiety. I know peolple will defend Accutane and tell me I’m full of shit, but I’m very confident that Accutane truly fucked me up.

I’m on doc prescribed TRT and that still doesn’t help me. I’m on tren rn, and it helped somewhat but I’m still down in the dumps. I would hate to die in the end living like this, whatever my cause of death is.

Ouch, I can totally relate though from personal experience. I mean acne sucks…I had it pretty bad through high school and almost jumped on the accutane train, but parents wouldn’t go for it. Thankfully I grew out of it and tretinoin faded the scars, but those 4-5 years of breakouts made me hate my skin.

Depression can fuck with libido too, though that may only be part of the story in your case. Have you gone to a psychiatrist about it? There’s anti-depressants out there that aren’t as side-effect prone or fuck with your libido (Venlafaxine and Bupropion are generally safe). I dated a girl on Venlafaxine and her sex drive was still as high as mine on tren (but that’s a story in itself for another time). I’m not sure any one steroid or drug alone can mend your situation, but if you haven’t previously considered it psychologically related, that might be the next path to explore.

What kind of doctor is handling your TRT? Are they an Endocrinologist or just a primary care physician? Guessing you have bloods done occasionally since you’re on TRT? Everything check back okay from the blood test results?

I’ve thought about going to a psychiatrist but figured TRT would help since my bloods years ago showed I had very low T. Didn’t really think I would have it since I was relatively strong and had decent mass, but I was depressed as fuck lol…

I do telemedicine through Defy Medical. I’d like to be with them a little while longer then find a doc who is willing to help, as I’ve been to so many goddamn fucking general practitioners and specialists including endocrinologists and urologists but they dismissed my low T bloods and told me to see a psychiatrist.

I’m pretty sure Accutane caused my low T, and fucked up my DHT levels as indicated in the bloods. There’s a lot of literature showing that Accutane permanently disrupts and destroys certain DNA, but I’m no expert who can explain well.

My bloods seem fine. Thyroid, free T3, free T4, prolactin, sensitive e2, test, free test. The only thing that’s low is DHT. maybe I should try some DHT cream from the doc and see if t works. I’m worried about balding and worsening of my body acne tho… so I was hoping taking certain steroids would help with my libido, looks like Proviron is a popular choice. I do have low fucking SHBG which is good for free T, but I have to inject very frequently.

Good to hear. I mean TRT seems like a good thing for you, but just wondering if there’s some underlying depression going on that steroids can’t remedy. I’m not a doc, but DOs (versus MDs) believe in treating the body as a whole and not just a particular system, which is what those doctors seem to be doing when scoffing at your TRT instead of trying multiple pathways. Hope the proviron works for you, but if not, I think you have some other options you can explore.

@“NotAJoo” I don’t remmeber the dosage, they were bigass pills tho. I took Accutane for one year at like 16 and another course of generic Accutane for another year at 19. I was still horny as fuck after the first cycle of Accutane, but the second course really fucked me up. Maybe it was because it was generic? I took generic because Accutane was pulled off the market for very heavy lawsuits.

The one I took at 19 was so weird…I immediately felt a surge of numbness in my entire body. U know when your hand is dead and feels numb after sitting on it? Yeah, felt like that but throughout my entire body. Then my dick was so dry it had little bit blood coming out. Never knew that people had problems with their dicks. I googled and found out the condition is Erectile dysfunction. After that…my life went to shit. Even after years of stopping the generic Accutane my life still feels fucked. I was so desperate to clear my acne because it was so fucking bad. I was pretty suicidal actually. I tried everything…antibiotics, topical creams, all this bullshit holistic remedies but nothing worked so that’s why I begged my doc for Accutane again.
