I don’t believe it was an exit scam. However everyone is sure ready to jump on the bandwagon ‘that it’s for sure NOT one’ just because…what? He emailed the mods? He talked to other sources ?

You know you could still pull an exit scam off AND email the mods/talk to other distributors? It’s not like if you did that, you’re absolved of any possibility of running away with peoples money. Why the hell would it?

Again, I do NOT believe it’s an exit scam. But people are assuming they know what CL was thinking or can put a motive to this. Everyone clearly is speculating, whether it’s good OR bad, about what he did.

The only thing to do is to hurry up and wait.

Yep. Definitely agree with you that it’s very much still a possibility that this is an exit scam. That having been said, I don’t believe it’s necessarily 100% an exit scam. We’ll just have to wait and see what happens.

I thought I posted about this already The packages were dropped off. I was in contact with CL before he went dark . He had asked me If I had ever dropped a shipment of packages that had never updated in the system

I have had a few packs seem sketch recently. “Arriving late” etc with no ETA. Had to delete all my stuff and start new so my conscience makes it through the day🤣 Same thing with payments they went to an “Internal Transaction” and receiver supposedly never got it even though address was correct. It’s been 4/5 days on those transactions. I personally think some of the people in these forums are sketch. 90% of us know the game but they hop on wanting to use credit cards and shit but that’s not the name of the game.

So, what happens to those packages that never got sent? Does USPS get a warrant an open them? Trashed them?

Curious what happens with the names/addresses they were also going to. I know if it was a law enforcement investigation they most likely only care about the seller.. still a little unsettling.

Umm I do know what he was thinking . He told me . I was in contact with him the entire week before he went dark . He was concerned about the packages not updating

I wrote CL last Thursday and he responded back and said they were taking a break on orders until today. I am sure it’s going to be a little longer then that but for all the ones stating it’s an “Exit Scam” I feel like he wouldn’t have had the courtesy to not accept payment if he was gonna take the money and run. That alone should show he is just doing what he has to do to protect himself and us.

Gotcha. I last spoke with him Thursday the 25th and said it would be dropped for shipment that day. Was wondering if my shipment was caught up in his hold or if his occurred before that date. Trying to decipher if I should be concerned or not lol

Honestly I would just ride it out as if nothing has happened. If the package appears good deal. If it doesn’t then just sit tight for when the shop opens back up. I feel for you but at the moment there ain’t much to do. I don’t think anyone here can give you the answer you are really looking for until CL comes back online.

Hey friends, its no secret that Dragon's domestic lineup was a collaboration with Colonial. Colonial and I go way back to his very first days on SST, teaching him small tips of OPSPEC and such to the modern day where he has returned the favor and has taught me a lot as well.

I can with some certainty say that Colonial will not be back as a vendor. As many of you have guessed, it did indeed have to do with packages missing, specifically on the 14th-16th.

As for anyone who has their packages from those dates missing; I wouldn't worry about police coming to knock on your door or anything. What is likely is that law enforcement has been watching this operation for a while; and only now laid out a bait.

If in the event that your local police does show up, don't even open the door or talk to them, as its very hard to charge you in any way based on one package sent to you.

This was definitely not an exit scam.

According to Dragon those were the shipments that never made it out. Guessing they probably never will if they got confiscated.

I think he fucked up on this, every order I made was sent from redmond. I don't know if that's the case with other costumers but seems that he used that location frequently
