Usually you’d switch to P 8-10 weeks out and then drop 1-2 weeks out just to kick the last bit of water retention. Think about half life. Why does GH go up as you get closer to the show? Again, water retention would indicate it goes down.
Why is metformin needed during a prep when your carbs are being cut and cardio is increasing?
T3 should NEVER be taken alone. It’s nondiscriminate as to your weight loss. Yes you’ll lose weight, but are you trying to lose weight or lose fat? If you’re on gh you should be taking T4 instead and let the conversion mechanism do it’s job in regulating the metabolism and additional lipolysis.
Clenbuterol, what does 20 up to 80 mean across the whole prep? It should be incrementally increasing.
Do you have high blood pressure? What’s the telmisartan for?
I obviously have concerns lol and not to you but I’d very much question your coach. This is pretty out of whack for a prep cycle.
