I enjoyed working out, used a tad bit of gear, saw the results, enjoyed it, never went crazy, always kept it light.
I am probably 35% body fat, been eating clean, around 1900 calories with 160-200 grams protein per day. Fat is disappearing smoothly as expected, but recovery and strength in the gym is hurting from caloric deficit.
My idea, 250mg of test Cyp / week, 25 mg of winstrol, 6-8 weeks while maintaining caloric deficit.
