Just wanted to give an update:
@azteca did the right thing and not only refunded me, but also sent the replacement pack out yesterday.
I understand a lot of people might be frustrated. And yes, rightfully so. 5+ weeks of waiting is a mistake that should not happen, but I always say to give people the chance to fix them. If you have an issue, email and bring it up again here and try your best to be patient. AG will work with you. He really doesn’t seem to be in this for the money. I’ve purchase so much gear over the years and AG has even listened to my suggestions for new projects and blends before.
While I am still waiting for an order for 5 weeks and it is not ideal, at least
@azteca did what he could to fix the issue and communicated. Hope this helps!
