@Snowowl So yeah. Originally the other package was not moving so he asked me to confirm the order and added in 2 extra TEs for the inconvenience but I haven’t heard anything about the replacement pack now for a week.

I like to give people the benefit of the doubt but I need a solution asap or at least tracking because it’s now over 5 weeks.

I am not, i got mine… eventually. No hate, I just didn’t have a great experience with my bogo order / first order through Azteca and I occasionally check the thread to see if others had or are having the same issues.

I really tried to be cool about this. I'm pretty sure I am the only person that actually refused a refund (Because I want sellers to be paid for their products).... But at this point it has been 43 days since I ordered. I was told the Cardarine would be back in stock in 4 or 5 days.... That was on August 2. It is now August 9th. No emails, no tracking.

At this point, can I please just have a refund?

Just wanted to give an update: @azteca did the right thing and not only refunded me, but also sent the replacement pack out yesterday.

I understand a lot of people might be frustrated. And yes, rightfully so. 5+ weeks of waiting is a mistake that should not happen, but I always say to give people the chance to fix them. If you have an issue, email and bring it up again here and try your best to be patient. AG will work with you. He really doesn’t seem to be in this for the money. I’ve purchase so much gear over the years and AG has even listened to my suggestions for new projects and blends before.

While I am still waiting for an order for 5 weeks and it is not ideal, at least @azteca did what he could to fix the issue and communicated. Hope this helps!

@azteca can I get an update on rest of my order? I accidentaly paid twice for same order and then decided to double my order. I only received 1 order. I’ve emailed you twice now and have received bo response. Would appreciate if you could look into it and respond.

Placed order at the beginning of the bogo. Just received the last part of the order. Some issues happened in the logistics and made up for it. But I also didnt expect the shit to get here asap after reading the stipulations when this started. So I didn’t have any unrealistic expectations. Jesus.

But Homie made it right. So I can’t complain.
Thanks dude.

10/10 would recommend.

44 days and counting.... another day, another empty mail box. No emails.
BTC refunded my friend carderine raws came in just got to press and will get shipped double the amount as promised. Regardless of the refund. Thanks for your understanding. AG

It's always great to see Azteca take care of so many peoples - their customer service is the reason they're my go-to vendor. I'm glad you're still thriving and I'm sad I missed the BOGO but that's just the way it goes sometimes. I'll let you catch up on getting product in and servicing these other people first who have been waiting awhile. I know you're swamped so I'll send my order out next week to give you some slack. Keep doing what you're doing; you're a great asset to this community.
