Yeah, that won't happen again. Should anyone be refused correspondence because of the email they use then please let the person that sent you that email know that I have spoken. Gmail used to be quite insecure, it seemed like their only concern was compiling data and email addresses. They have made great strides in their privacy ambitions despite still logging every single thing you do in perpetuity unless you request it be deleted. Should you be ok with that kind of privacy then who am I to judge otherwise? @holdentudix can you please tell me what ITT is? I am old. We have seen some growing pains over the years but if the small number of people that I have cannot follow my rigid philosophy and expectations then they can certainly seek other opportunities as I will not sacrifice customer service and a customer-centric way of doing business. I accept full responsibility for any person in my operation as if I did it myself. I will not pass the buck in an attempt to deflect. That being said, if you are unhappy with anything at all please post here, put me on blast. If I'm unaware of it then I can't prevent the problem nor rectify it and that erodes at relationships, which is not ok. Also feel free to post anything positive you have. Surveyors have proven that a higher percentage of people that take the time to respond are doing so in a negative manner because they are unhappy about something when compared to those that are happy.

My intention is not to turn this into a complaint board, rather, a continuation of transparency in an overall effort to continue the tradition that we have built. It really bothers me to see people posting that they have not gotten a response, there is nothing worse than being ignored, and while I want to say that never happens, clearly something is amiss if more than a couple people are saying it, and I am committed to resolving this issue and have made it my #1 priority today. I will reiterate this important point:

We will not ignore anyone for any reason.

Should you not get a response within 24 hours then chances are I have not received it and you are welcome to respond here. The exception to that rule, of course, is the fine ladies and gentleman that send an email, then re-send the same one or one with a completely pointless body such as "did you get my email" (we can dissect that statement at a later date). Please remember that when you "bump" an email, it moves to the back of the line because I start at the oldest first, so you are effectively delaying yourself a response. Also I will not respond to every single one that are all referring to the same subject or duplicates. You will receive only one email response. Make sure to check your JUNK Mail prior to posting, nobody wants to look silly. If you post and I research to find out that I replied, I will answer here with time and date and header information if necessary, redacting any sensitive or identifying information.

Have you tried anything involving smoke signals or snail mail, or just pick up the phone and text me. My phone number is [redacted]? Just curious. Seriously though, invoke me through this board. I will get it. I don't log in every day; however I will see it. Although, now I can't remember your issue.

I already reached out to syn with the pictures and he took care of it and is resending my order free of charge.

Not your fault; therefore you shouldn't be penalized. You work hard for your money and you should always have something to show for it when you extend the kind of trust that we require. This builds relationships and I'm in the business of building long-lasting relationships. Thank you for the public attaboy, really appreciate it.

So this is my first ever experience using a source and I used syn because he seemed to be the most reputable. I paid for everything coming to a $210 total and everything as far as going through the process with syn was great. Well the package came in today and was shipped out 3 days ago, and when it arrived it came in an empty box saying “contents are not inside” and “package damaged”?? Has anyone had an experience like this before? I’ve tried to email syn multiple times but I haven’t gotten a reply from him yet. Pretty disappointed.
Yes it recently happened to me too but from another source on here. Somewhere along the way a usps sorting machine ripped open the box and ate the contents. They still delivered the empty box but with a note apologizing. Sent pics to source and they promptly reshipped

No sir, it is very consistent and has been for years. If you are unhappy with it then please send me an email and I would like to make it right for you. TEST500 is certainly no joke and the simplicity of the compounded product makes it easily reproducable. It has only 3 things in it: Raw material, BA for sterility, and MCT oil. Nothing more, nothing less. Regardless, lets get you fixed up.
Sir, we don't take Western Union. I'm not sure I can do anything for you in this instance since the payment methods are stated in the introduction. Has anyone else been asked to use Western Union? Please check your email recipient or the website you ordered on. I don't have a website because I like to interact with customers and create a personable relationship. If you ordered through a website then that is the issue. I am empathetic to the mistake but not sure it falls on me unless I am responsible somehow.

[email protected] isn't thier email anymore? Literally been using that one. It wasn't western union and I wasn't scammed or anything. I got my stuff fast and nothing went wrong.
That was supposed to be a stop-gap while I worked on our Sales@ email, I got lazy and complacent and I need to correct that and get it back online. Technically it is online and if you email sales@ then it goes to the temp. You're doing it just right. No worries.
