So I have a question.. for this being my second round of a cycle I was wondering a few things? So I was being prescribed TRT from my doctor. The injection site never really hurt or balled up once I injected. But for some reason when I inject with the test 300 it hurts for days and leaves a fat knot.. just curious as to why? Or what I’m doing wrong.

Also this is my first time purchasing with Syn and the order was delivered pretty damn fast. I had a little issue with the email aspect but that was my fault lol. Once that was fixed can’t complain nor would I want to. I’ll be coming back for sure.

If your going sub q it will definitely leave a bubble in the fat.

That's called "PIP" (post injection pain) and it sucks. Everyone has a theory to what causes it: carrier oil, injection technique, needle length/gauge/material, concentration of gear or solvents or additives, contamination, etc., etc., etc.

Just note the differences between the TRT shots & these. If everythings the same, then gee I wonder what the diff is. Problem with TRT is you may not be prescribed enough & you won't be getting Nandrolone. If anyone knows how to acquire pharma compounded Nandrolone, id give my left nut to know.

Yeah I expected there to be a difference for sure but I was unsure if I was doing something wrong in the aspect of injecting or the length of the needle.. haven’t had any issues with injecting until I rotated to my glutes..

Test E 300 IS a high concentration & prob your highest chance of pip. All you can do is increase shot frequency, warm the oil, make sure your going deep IM/needle length, alternate more. I use Prop, eod, so if it lumps I know somethings up.

Subcutaneous. Meaning injecting into the fat instead of IM, Intra muscular.

Your inch and a half needles are not sub q. Definitely intramuscular unless you have a lot of subcutaneous fat.

Sub q = usually half inch needles or less. And into for example a pinch of belly fat.

just definitely PIP then. Guess I’ll just to have to warm up the bottle under hot water and hope for the best on the next injection. Thank you everyone for reaching out and helping…

Hey Syn, seems like some of these guys are possibly victimized by scammers. If you find out they are, can you post the emails and/or websites so no one else falls victim?

I'm gonna place an order here soon. I like what I see. This is not a TRT clinic. People need to understand that. I get the concern when an order is placed I've been there and was ripped by a long time source myself, but people should keep this in mind whenever using alternative lab sources. There is no guarantee.

Inch and a half aren't meant for sub q, but if your not pushing the needle far enough in it will be sub q. If you push the needle in to far, your shit will be sore as fuck. At least thats my experience. Theres a happy medium with IM injections and I had to mess up a few time before I found it. Maybe thats just where he is at.

To be honest, here and there I screw up and push it in to far and my leg is sore for 2 days. It happens.

I have 3 unopened bottles of nandro 200 mg/ml prescribed by my TRT doctor

Yeah I was using my arms for a little while and it would get but it never hurt nearly as bad as with my glutes so I guess I’ll try not push the needle all the way in and warm up the bottle and see if that helps. Few other things I’m having issues with but I’d rather speak on an email or something if anyone has time?

I am also using Test E 300 from Syn and his DHB, which is notorious for PIP, and I have experienced no PIP at all. I have injected in my glutes, delts, and upper thigh with a 1in 25 guage. Only issue is that you got to push plunger to squeeze oil through, but that is because I am using a high guage. Syn's stuff that I have used is gtg and his service is excellent in my experience.

I did in my glute once, I was so damn big I couldn't turn my big, inflexible ass around enough so I just looked in the mirror and guessed. Bad idea. Plunged, pulled the pin and blood shot out of my ass cheek everywhere. Scared the shit out of me. Once in my quad (sustanon) and couldnt walk for a week. I use the delts. Thick, easy to reach, zero pip ever

Alright everyone. Has anyone used Syns 1000mg/mL L Carnatine? If so, did you have serious PIP? Did you find a way to overcome this? I have tried everything and every single time within 5 min it feels like I got fucking drop kicked. Both glutes, both quads, and my shoulder are not in good shape. I though I might just be being a pussy about it so I kept trying it. Help ya boy out of youve specifically tried his L Car.

I’ve ran the needle under hot water, microwaved the bottle for 10 sec before drawing and Injecting. Switched spots. Nothings working…? Any ideas or am I shot out of luck because the mg/mL is so high?
