From these two points we can assess that you're a newbie and have no idea what you're doing and likely shouldn't be injecting research chemicals into yourself until you figure out:
A) How to actually eat for performance
B) How to take responsibility for your shitty choices and lack of progress related to them
Go eat a large pizza, wash it down with half a gallon of milk, have half a cheesecake as a snack and while you're doing this spend time researching how to properly train so you can turn that high calorie shit into strength and mass. Don't @ me with "But durr I dun wanna get fat durrrr" because that'll further show your lack of experience; Pros aren't eating 'clean' and neither should you. Calories, calories, calories. Quit worrying about your protein intake and start shoveling food into your mouth.
