Im

not a doctor and this is not medical advice but this sounds extremely similar to when I gave myself a quad injection with a 1/2” insulin needle. The redness spread but only about as far as I imagine the oils spread under my skin. Lots of itching, redness, some swelling, tenderness, and heat emanating from the site. It did eventually go away without medical intervention or treatment aside from ibuprofen. Good luck, and make sure you get help if it continues spreading outside of the injection site.
How long did it take to go away.? I’m hopi g my situation is similar. The redness being away from the injection site make me think the oil didn’t go into the muscle and spread. Redness was much less this morning but it was yesterday morning as well and got worse over the course of the day. I have some 1” 25 gauge coming so I’ll try a vent glute injection mixed with test to see if I get the sane reaction.

Took nearly two weeks man. A week of that it was pretty unbearable and required the ibuprofen. After that week a lot of heat and massage gun went a long way. But skin irritation, muscle soreness and even the redness stuck around. It was a big enough mistake that I stopped everything, re-evaluated, and changed my entire routine because of it.

What was your injection site and what did you use? ? Do you think it was due to the product or something else?

I used a 1/2” 27G insulin needle on my quad. That’s why I believe it didn’t go fully IM. I used the product (Susta250) again in my glute with a 1” 25G needle and only had a little soreness and itchiness. After I started heating up my product before pulling it I haven’t even had those. Now I won’t inject anywhere but my glutes, with anything but a 1” 25G (I use Nipro), and not without heating up the product first. I have had 0 PIP, soreness, itchiness, redness, or anything since I started that protocol.

Thanks! I have some 1” 25 gauge coming in tomorrow. Do you just heat up the vial under hot tap water before drawing?

Where I live is very cold, so I put my vial in a sauce pan on the stove, fill it with water up until the oil line, and let it heat to a boil. Such a small amount of water it usually takes a minute at most. Pull out the vial, shake it up, dump the water down the sink, and pull it into a syringe. Works like a charm.

I would contact the source. Could be a reaction from a particular solvent, or inflammation/ allergic response. Ive has that happen before but it wasn't primo. I mean, human body is weird. You can get a crazy rash from just changing your detergent ya know?
Just sucks this was my first shot of primo and I have a few bottles. Obviously a little leery of doing anymore.

Would a sub qleak cause redness that spreads.? I did only use a 1/2” which is what I use for trt but this was twice the volumes
Carrier oil reaction

@MuscleCandy what solvents and oils are you using on your Primo?

I actually came to this thread to ask about the primo 200. Has anyone else used the primo 200? I was going to add it to my TRT + regimen but I know I am sensitive to certain ratios of solvents etc so now it's up in the air.

To be fair, I have been running the NPP for a few weeks. No issues at all. But it does have a different scent.

Update. Soreness was much milder yesterday. Got home and redness was gone. Today soreness is almost completely gone. Will be doing glute injection today mixed with test with a 1” needle and also warming it up.

I wanted to do the same and found that I could suspend one capsule per ml of Ora-Plus and use an oral syringe to dose .5ml, which would be 5mg if dosed as listed. I guess I can measure out about .35 ml to get close to 5mg, based on 14mg/ml.

Anyway, I started with 5 capsules worth suspended in enough Ora-Plus to make 5ml worth. Not as convenient as a tab would be, but works.

I'm going to get these vials so I can measure out 15ml at a time. I currently have the same in 5ml:

I was able to suspend 15 capsules with enough Ora-Plus to make a 15ml solution using these graduated vials I bought on Amazon. The solution should be about 14mg/ml, so using an oral syringe I can measure out .35ml and that should be close to 5mg.

My wife started TRT and was using pharma from Empower. She developed a grape seed oil allergy 3 months in and injection sites that went back 3 weeks all turned red and irritated and ended up even bruising as the oil dissipated. The most recent injection site turned very red and lumpy and each subsequent older site had less and less redness/swelling. These were subq in the belly. Shes going to switch to the pellet, but bodies are weird.

Same. I get welts redness, and itchiness from GSO. Sunflower, Cotton Seed, and MTC oil are all money for me. That was my initial thought about OP was carrier oil reaction.

I’m opposite. GSO is what I get along with best. One thing to consider is MCT Carrier is going to metabolize faster so you may need more frequent injection to maintain levels. This is why pharmaceutical companies don’t use MCT and use oils like castor like Bayer does.
