This. OP completely skipped over diet, except to say 200 grams protein, which tells us basically nothing. And don't say " diet is solid" or something like that. Every time some one says they're diet is "solid" ....it isnt
Yes and make it zone 3, 4 times a week if you're doing steady state. Or do HIIT, 60 seconds on 60 seconds slow, for 12 total minutes, three times a week. Cardio will cure this but you have to actually challenge the cardiovascular system to make a change, same as lifting a 5lb weight won't get...
