Alright , I read on reddit that 10mg nolvadex was a good PCT then here I hear 40 mg nolva , nolva + clomid , 100 mg nolva , hcg + nolva , everybody has something different to say im so lost

Alright so i just got the HCG , i thought it was a powder , is it normal its like a solid block ? it seems like it would crumble away but im shaking the vial and the block just moves up and down as a whole
