Felt like absolute boiled shit today, turns out I have covid and I'm just about the middle of my blast.

Anyone have any experience or recommendations to feel better? The tren seems to have made the symptoms much worse. BP 150/77 HR 100 resting head feels like it's gonna explode.

Maybe tea. Boil some water, add some cinnamon, honey, ginger root and squeeze lemon. 3 cups a day, morning, noon and before going to bed. That's the only thing that helped when I had the bad version of COVID. Felt back to normal in 3 days.

nasal rinse, gargle with watered down iodine. iota caregenan nasal spray ie betadine or even vicks nasal spray is suppost to work in similar way. helps get as much virus out as possible.

and ya sipping on warm liquids help drain sinus pressure also guifenisen ie musinex. aswell as hot steamy shower or bath. and drink shitload of water

seems like secondary infections and heart attack strokes are what get people now adays, usually 1-4 months after infection so keep an eye on strange pains.. something like 40% of men get fluid around there heart regardless of severity so make sure to take it easy for awhile ideally 90 days but at least a couple weeks after you feel better. far to many guys feel better and push it after covid and getting heart issues in a month or 2 after sometimes up to 5-6 months after as far as data shows.. 3-4 months from folks ive seen vaxed or not really messes with clotting system and inflammatory system.

quercetin helps immune system and respiratory system aswell as helps keep your blood flowing smoother apparently.
may consider NAC or glutothione for a couple months... don't overdo NAC as your body does need oxidation in order to kill cancer, and actually NAC has been found to initiat lung cancer aswell as allow it grow faster in animal models. so best just to use it sparingly to help your body when needs it.. zinc and vitamin D may or may not help depending on if your diet/sun exposure/body chem. NAC also helps thin out mucus if have headache from sinus pressure. if not sinus pressure its also common to get minor encephyltitis ie brain swelling with covid. if severe and doesn't go aware pretty quickly call a DR. NAC is also good if taking alot of tylenol for your aches and fever.

could up the omegas for a month or so to help keep inflammation lower to curb heart damage esp if blast alot of gear. doesn't really show up in BP or hemocrit or cholesterol or normal markers BB keep a closer eye on.

keep an eye out again for secondary bacterial infections staph aswell as others. splinter thrombosis ie little dark red lines in your nails marker of liver issue or systemic bacterial infection particularly on the heart.

but ya, remember covid acute deaths going down yet 15% more people are dying then should be and majority of deaths are heart related so important to take it easy esp with a good chunk of men getting fluid around the heart i think 25% or upwards of 40%.. which does not include the other pretty common carditis myo or peri.. heck even upwards of 70% of kids under 12 yo get elevated tropanans ie heart damage or abnormal EKG post covid lowest estimate is 25% but still thats children who dont get that sick at all with covid. to put that into perspective SOME estimate of normal flu say men 18-25yo get carditis at a rate of 48%, covid of course is worse.. and the flu you catch once every 5-7 years not every year or multiple times a year like some folks.

your body naturally lowers testosterone when your sick... perhaps for a good reason?

if can avoid it stay away from antibiotics in the CIPRO family if you can or erythromycin as can damage the heart or cause arrhythmias with the later.

High testosterone is linked to weakened immune system.... So maybe cut the cycle short, recover and buy more gear lol

I swear early on with covid, the guys on gear got it worse.

When I had it in like 2021 I had some CBD oil that I swear made me feel *almost* not sick. Certainly it didn't actually help me be better, but I felt way better.
