Get doxepin prescribed for sleep and take it alongside melatonin. Nothing will interfere with your sleep at that point. I’m at 50mg tren ace daily and haven’t had a single sleep issue, and so far it’s translating to no negative mental sides (i am hornier than I’ve been since probably my early 20’s, but that’s a positive)Yeah I was thinking of going with 10mg ace per day too and possibly going up to 20. Honestly I’d try dosing EOD at the very least, but preferably ED, to stabilize your levels and see if that has any effect on the sides. I did my first tren cycle with 50mg daily (350mg/wk) and had no negative sides (alongside Test P, Mast P, and Var).Yes I had bad sides from

Yea I’m running 175mg a week and it seems to be as good balance cf gains with less sidesI have only ever dosed tren up to 350 Mg/wk. I will only ever use tren ace if I do. Used it several times had bad sweats, insomnia, all the listed things above.
However I have found that I can get a lot out the compound running as little as 40/50 Mg 3x a week, and the sides are much more tolerable. I think the higher doses may yield better results for when I’m In the gym on my lifts/ how I am feeling, but the lack of sleep I get negates the end result of me growing / looking better/ feeling better in my day to day life.
I never Set my doseages on a piece of paper and say this week I’m doing this much then at 8 weeks I’m adding that.. I believe that’s pretty common & a mistake. I Go week to week tracking sleep, progress, health markers, gains, lifts to decide whether I should add or stay where I’m at because there’s no point in upping the dosages if I’m making progress in those areas. That’s where I feel I myself & many others have gone wrong in my lifting & AAS usage previously.
You can get it done w 120/210 mg a week of tren.. almost like cocaine… it’s a hell of a drug!
Lucky lol at at 300mg a week I get a little crazyTren for me is a godsend.. Tren A I get Tren cough and that’s about it. Tren E? 250 mg a week and no side effects! No cough, no night sweats, no shortness of breath, acid reflux every now and then but it’s nothing nexium can’t fix! I’m getting all the benefits with no side effects, I seem to be one of the few that can do this lol.. I feel like I could run it for uh ever but obviously don’t. 10 week cycle tren e with test + HGH and I’m good.
