I have used all different ratios. back in the day I would run about 500test 500deca 600 mast. lol I haven’t touched Deca in last few years because I run Finasteride . Mast worked wonders for any bloat that the deca caused.

I have ran Deca as low as 100mg/wk and swore it helped my joints. Could have been placebo, but my knees felt lubed.

I am running Hunters Cyp right now too. Smooth as always. GSO carrier. I stay away from MCT carrier cuz it always knots me up.

MCT oil knots/swells me up every time. I switched to only GSO. Maybe just bad reaction to carrier. But seeing so many PIP stories has me worried. Stay safe.
