What kind of gains can I expect on a gram a week? Most I’ve ran is 750 and saw some good strength and muscle gains, only ran it for about 4 weeks though the rest I was running 500. I’m 250 around 20% body fat or so, waist is 38 so I’d say I’m not that fat lol.
Couple things - do you really need more than 750mg/week? Maybe dial in your diet a little (not saying it’s bad, just don’t know).
Maybe run 750mg/week, but inject more often. Possibly every 2 days, even with a long esther. This will give more stable bloods - less sides so you can run more gear.
Maybe add tren into your cycle. I’m using it for the first time now, and I love it. I’m running 350/262 tren/test per week. Gains seem to be coming way quicker than test only, and muscle is very dense and hard. Minimal bloat due to the lower test amount.
