1 gram of test a week

What kind of gains can I expect on a gram a week? Most I’ve ran is 750 and saw some good strength and muscle gains, only ran it for about 4 weeks though the rest I was running 500. I’m 250 around 20% body fat or so, waist is 38 so I’d say I’m not that fat lol.

Couple things - do you really need more than 750mg/week? Maybe dial in your diet a little (not saying it’s bad, just don’t know).

Maybe run 750mg/week, but inject more often. Possibly every 2 days, even with a long esther. This will give more stable bloods - less sides so you can run more gear.

Maybe add tren into your cycle. I’m using it for the first time now, and I love it. I’m running 350/262 tren/test per week. Gains seem to be coming way quicker than test only, and muscle is very dense and hard. Minimal bloat due to the lower test amount.

When I was around 19 I ran deca dbol and test all together and weighted 210 with a six pack. Maybe I do need to run another compound, maybe npp or some dhb. I want to stay away from tren, babymomma gets on my nerves way too much as it is. This time I was using test ace and enth so I was injecting every day. This was my first real steroid cycle in a while I was running sarm stacks but test is cheaper lol.

I would add other compounds rather than up the test. doubt you’d see a noticable difference between 750 to 1k but might come with a slew of other issues.

Yeah that’s probably smart, I’ll probs run some dhb when this cruise is over, have a few vials from cascade labs just waiting to be used lol. I may even keep my test at 500 and run dhb at around 250-300

I’d bet just adding 300mg-500mg deca would be way better than more test.
Or just add a moderate dose of a mass building oral like 50mg anadrol for 6 weeks

When I was powerlifting I damn near needed 1g of test a week at 310lbs but now at 250 and more of ‘powerbuilding’ split, I’m usually hovering around 600 with nandrolone boost.

Was the 1 gram for noticeable strength? I’ve been at 500mgs for some time now and am debating going to 750mgs. The nice thing personally is at 500mg I don’t need an AI and don’t bloat as much but the gains are starting to be more stagnant.

On a dollar for dollar basis nothing beats test for strength.however More test also equaled more bloat/sides but I didn’t give 2 shits at that weight.

you won’t notice much of a difference. i’ve ran it at 750, 1000, 1200… for me weren’t any positive or negative effects from the increased dosage other than having to shoot more oil.

38in waist and 20% bf is pretty bad. Your focus should be getting slightly leaner before you bother with bulking further on gear.
