10 week Test E cycle 500mg/week

So im going to wait 2 weeks after last pin. so basically week 11-12 without taking anything before starting PCT. so, week 13 is when i will start taking my PCT of Nolva amd Clomid, the question is, i am still not convinced about the doseage i should be taking and how much per week. the nolva and clomid come as 20mg and 30mg tablets, respectively. what are some thoughts, and thanks guys.

Nolva 40/40/20/20 every day
Or
Nolva 20/20/20/20/20/20 every day

Most the more complex cycles people add on Clomid.

Nono… Those are the daily doses. Those are week by week numbers. 40 everyday for the first 2 weeks and then 20 a day for weeks 3 and 4. Also don’t forget to wait 2 weeks after your last pin to even begin any of this. So really this is week 3/4/5/6 because weeks 1/2 are a waiting period (this is since you are using longer esters)
