2 months achy shoulder. BPC-157?

Anybody ever run this peptide? Anecdotal reviews seem too good to be true. If it works, let me know. If there’s something else i could use, mention that too please.

i used it for about 16 weeks injected as close to my ac joint as possible and i didn’t really notice much of a relief. Maybe i wasn’t using it right, maybe the shit i got wasn’t very good… i did notice some relief when i started using hgh. This overlapped with the bpc-157 so idk what it was that made it feel better. I feel like the gh was what helped it more. I am still not completely fine, but it has gotten better over the past 4 months or so. I would honestly probably just spend the money on a kit of gh. If you run like 2iu a day, a kit should last you 50 days. I got the mauve tops from tp at a little under 100 a peice which is a 120 iu kit. So for about 100 dollars with shipping (unless you are on on the east coast, it is about 20 dollars cheaper) you can get 60 days of gh.

bpc-157 had no effect in myself or anyone I know personally, I’d agree with going straight for hgh - generics are pretty affordable at around 2$/iu and it’s not such a gamble on quality as it may have been some years ago due to all the testing

Stop looking to mask the pain and look for a fix for the cause of the pain. Figure out what range of motion hurts the shoulder and stop working in that range. Take a week or two off. Hit legs more often. Masking pain leads to chronic pain and injuries down the road because you just keep further damaging the area.

I ran a 5mg vial hoping it would heal my elbow pain (acquired through doing standing OHP with bad form in the neutral position) and nada. Didn’t do shit. It’s slowly getting better, mostly because I dropped OHP and just do the seated hammer shoulder press for the time being.

Thanks for the responses! I guess the consensus is in: to hell with BPC. I’ll look into a few kits. Much appreciated!

It might help, it might not. What is the injury from? Have you seen a PT? It could be a mobility issue too…

I used it for my left shoulder, was also using 400mg NPP, some Test and Mast but i don’t think I was on GH at the time and my shoulder is a lot better. I did pin directly on the source.

A current thigh injury is getting 157 and TB-500 along with GH.
My first purchase of 157 for the shoulder came from Xpeptides this recent purchase was with SOCO.

I tried it several times. IMO it’s useless and “too good to be true” for sure.

YMMV

I seriously don’t know what is from. The worst pain is when I do a db shoulder raise movement. Saw a PT and he just gave me some exercises to do and suggested it could be tendinitis.

Could be the ac joint. That is what I was told by my doctor with my injury

I have the same issue. It could be shoulder impingement. There are many routines and mobility exercises on YouTube that help address the shoulder. The key is to be consistent with them if you want to see improvement. My shoulder has felt best when I do the exercises and stretches regularly.

Thanks bro. That’s actually what I think it may be. YouTube it is then.

Did something happen to cause it or was it just you felt it one day?

Yea man, highly likely it’s a relatively easy fix. You are lucky it wasn’t injured by trauma or something. Following a simple shoulder exercise/mobility regimen will likely fix it.
