Accutane fucking up my face

I bought some Accutane from two different vendors here. They were tablets in a pouch. Ever since using them, my face has had 3 abnormal acne that resulted in lot of fluid buildup then a huge acne scar.

Long time ago, I bought Accutane from Southern Compounding and they were prescription Accutane and they worked amazing. But these UGL Accutane fucked up my face. So be wary if you want to buy Accutane from vendors here. I'm gonna have to get work done to remove these scars. I would have been better off not using Accutane and just getting regular acne that wouldn't have left these scars.

7.18.2023 Edit:
I narrowed it down. It was Tejas Cardinal's Accutane that fucked up my face.

I think accutane has a purging stage. How long have you been running it?
I started 250mg Test E3D in January and also started taking 40mg Accutane ED. I stopped both at end of May due to the abnormal acne continually appearing. Just cruising now on 62.5mg Test E3D.

It wasn't a purging stage. I ran prescription Accutane from a vendor here before many times. The first time, I started it in the middle of a cycle due to getting acne on face, chest, shoulders, and upper back. And it cleared it up in two weeks. Dried my lips out a lot too. Never had an abnormal acne on it.

So it’s a specific vendor’s product that you suspect is NOT accutane that fucked you up?

You mentioned having success with pharma Accutane. If you’re having a different reaction, you should expect it’s not the same compounds causing it.
Yeah that's my point. Whatever they're selling as Accutane does a terrible job. I'm just saying to not trust these UGL Accutane from vendors unless they're selling prescription Accutane.

Yeah, I think I should have asked that question differently. And I hope people take notice of your experience. Even in the best cases, Accutane is insanely strong medication. On top of preventing some people from making sebum ever again in their lives, it's been associated with cognitive impairment and affect changes... mood regulation. Especially since a lot of us are using anabolics, and those can really alter moods, this is not something to be taken lightly :(

Hope you can get this taken care of and it doesn't fuck you up too badly, amigo.

I ran prescription Accutane several years ago as a kid with bad acne. Some things to consider:
1 - Accutane is extremely toxic. You should have blood work done before and throughout and hydrate like there's no tomorrow.
2 - Accutane is not immediately effective. If you had immediate results, this is an anomaly and not how the drug works. You have to run it for 6 months, during which time, your acne will get markedly worse and you will experience severe side effects (intense skin drying/flaking on your face and palms, accute redness, inflamation, deep cracking and bleeding from your lips, joint discomfort and mood alteration). Near the end of the 6 months, your acne will subside and, in most cases, will never return. It is a horrible experience, but extremely effective, you just have to be patient and understand the sacrifice. I went from having extreme acne that was unresponsive to any topical treatment to never having a breakout again and that was 20+ years and many advanced gear cycles ago.

From my understanding and personal experience when I consumed this compound I was diligent on every move I made as I made sure my diet was on point like no processed food and artificial ingredients , no sugar, no flour products. Just super organic foods, veggies and tons of water and hydrating foods and liquids, coco water etc... and I had bloods done before and after, also liver protection protocols were super technical tudca etc... and a little accutane went a long way for me as I understood that this compound can be toxic to liver and with a toxic liver and poor diet is asking for more breakouts. From my understandning diet plays a huge roll in our molecular makeup and skin responses but obviously there are many things to consider in the whole picture but this is just my experience, I understand that there is many diferent body types and responses that are not all the same but we as humans do share some foundational fundamentals. I hope things work out for you bud. Lots of research and invest in health. - VF

I did get immediate results but your situation and mine are probably very different. I was trying to deal with little zits and pimples that appear on my face, chest, shoulders, and upper back I got from blasting 250mg Test E E3D. I took 40mg of prescription Accutane daily from a source here (SouthernCompounding, long gone now) and it cleared it up after a couple of weeks.

I did get dry lips and some dryness on the back of my hands.

I'm guessing you were dealing with severe cystic acne, which would require much higher dosage and longer time to see results.

The point of this thread was that now twice I have tried some homemade Accutane from couple of the sources here which have resulted in worse acne that left permanent scars on my face. Therefore to never use anything other than prescription Accutane.
