Acne oppinions

So thoughout my last cycle my acne wasn’t absolutely terrible but definitely present. As far as like how present it was pretty much just my shoulders , arms and my shoulder blades. It seemed to kind of trigger acne on my arms whenever I shaved or maybe it was just convenient that it would get slightly worse a day or 2 after. Having said that when I came off cycle it seemed to get worse.
How do you guys deal with acne on and off cycle ? I was using witch hazel which helped a bit but not signifigantly.

it’s foreign, your body rejects it, so your gonna be oily, just bath, don’t wear silky shirts all day, and your body will adjust to it, eventually.

I went to the doctor cause I started to break out pretty good and was prescribed doxycycline, clindamycin phosp lotion and benzoyl peroxide wash and has pretty much cleared me up after a week.

@Jswole99 @DementedMindz this. had same thing you are describing. Doxycycline cleared me up.

@nswole1 wash better I’d say I do pretty good possibly even to often I’m the type to take a shower immediately after a shit if I’m at the krib.
