How long have you been on cycle?
What are you running?
When was the last time you got bloodwork if at all?
Are you using AI?

Top things that helped me:
1. Keeping hormones steady by injecting more frequently and keeping estrogen as level as you can by splitting AI doses more frequently as well
2. Accutane helps so much
3. More personal care, washing more than 2x a day, using cleansers, using toners, etc but the other two tips were more important.

Primo fucked me up. Baddd! No matter what I did.

Still dealing with the red spots/scars 7 months later.

It’s odd too, bc I hardly got any acne from Tren.

But if you got it now, Get on accutane! Before it’s too late.

Accutane!! Low dose 10mg - 40mg I would start at 40mg a day and lower as you clear.

Don’t overwash or underwash. Use a gentle cleanser such as cerave (I think that’s how you spell it) once a day and moisturize with the same brand. My acne was insane and now I don’t have acne at all.

Good luck!

I agree with the accutane. although be wary because I've had issues with purity and shelf life. Also scrubs work wonder for me a shower routine anything with salicylic acid. Apricot scrub is my go to.

Keep E2 and hormone balance in check.
Mega dosing Vitamin B5 5-20 grams a day on cycle or for periods of time.
Black Currant Oil 2000 mg a day.
Clindamycin Lotion on face 1-2 times a day after washing face in morning or night.
A light face moisturizer such as CeraVe PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion.
Tretinoin 0.025 once a night after washing face (and using Clindamycin if used).
For body and back, get a extended back scrubber and a wash, such as one containing salicylic acid. Use once a day.

Don't use Accutane unless it's necessary. Potential for a range of side effects like: dry and achy joints and possibly decreased mood. Not saying everyone experiences these, but it's possible and why would you even want to endure that if you manage your acne without it.
